After dealing with another agent we found the superhero of all estate agents in a firm called The Property Specialists. As we lived 3 hours away we needed someone to help organise quotes and oversee the simple renovation we wanted to do. The agent leapt in and dealt with everything for us just to increase his chances of making a sale, which went smoothly thanks to him driving paperwork between solicitors to speed up the process.

Thank you there really was no comparison between the first estate agent we had on the case and you.
